Sadly Caitlin passed away on 2nd July 2008 aged 7 years old. She lived in wakefield with her family.
Caitlin was diagnosed with the rare form of childhood cancer neuroblastoma in May last year and was
not expected to live until Christmas. But she proved to be a little fighter, and in February doctors
said they were astounded by her remarkable progress.
Her family were devastated when she took a turn for the worse last week and a trip to the hospital
revealed a tumour on her liver had spread.

God looked around His garden
and saw an empty place
He then looked down upon the earth
and saw your tired face.
He knew you were suffering
He knew you were in pain
He also knew in Heaven
you would never hurt again.
So,He put His arms around you
and lifted you to rest
God's garden must be beautiful
He only takes the best.

what a beautiful little girl, i too lost my little boy aged 8 to cancer, it is such a horrific thing for a child to go through. if cailin is anything like joe , he was a little fighter and never stopped smiling. so sorry for your loss, it doesn't get any easier, take each day as it comes, thinking about you all and cailin, love joes mum xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

i read this and it made me cry my heart really does go out to you...my son Joseph also passed away from a childhood cancer a medulasblastoma stage 4 he was aged 5 ...Cailin is an angel now and im sure shes looking down on her family ...sewwt dreams Cailin
